Review by hotel critic
Review of Kaldan Hotel: A Culinary EscapeDuring my recent gourmet getaway at Kaldan, I found myself pleasantly surprised by the hotel's dedication to culinary excellence. As someone who often seeks out exceptional fitness facilities while traveling, I was curious about the hotel's dining offerings. The breakfast buffet, a vibrant combination of South Indian and continental cuisine, immediately caught my attention. Every morning, the spread featured idli, dosas, and fresh fruits, alongside classic eggs and pastries. I indulged, enjoying how each dish reflected the local flavors yet didn't compromise on quality. Dining by the pool in the open-air restaurant was a treat; the atmosphere was both relaxed and lively, framed by stunning palatial architecture. In-room dining proved equally impressive, with well-presented dishes that satisfied my post-run cravings perfectly. I appreciated the warm hospitality from the staff; not only were they courteous, but they also ensured that my experience was tailored to my preferences. Shrayashri and Unis stood out with their attentiveness, making my stay even more enjoyable. If you're seeking a place that marries comfort with culinary creativity, Kaldan is worth experiencing. Cheers to a delightful stay!
